One of our GA132-10 Atlas air compressors has been in operation for over 4,000 hours. Now the company wants to extend its operational time by a few months before performing maintenance – will this have any impact? Outlet pressure: 8.3 bar. Pressure difference in the oil-gas separator: 0.2 bar. Pressure after replacing the air filter: -0.013 bar. Main unit pressure: 5.8 bar. The oil used is Borel rotor oil. If extended, at what pressure difference in the oil-gas separator must it be replaced? The pressure difference of the newly installed oil-gas separator is 0.11 bar
The machine has an alarm function; if the environment is good, it can keep working for another half year as well
Do not extend the first maintenance for new equipment beyond the maximum period. The filter tends to get dirty and clogged more easily after the machine has been run in.
