Thank you for the management. The belt pulley cannot be removed. If the cast iron is made of cast iron, use a high heat to dry the belt pulley to prevent cracks. Then the belt can be removed.
What is the shape of your pulley? Do you have a picture of the shaft end face? Is it that tapered wheel?
To disassemble this thing, you need to make a special puller. Make large pliers and use a jack in the middle. When it becomes difficult to push, use a cutting torch to flame-grill it. Just be careful not to overdo it, otherwise it will really explode. Give it a try.
