It was observed that when the compressor turbine operated at a speed of 9700–9800 RPM, the speed control system experienced severe vibration; once the speed was reduced to 9600 RPM, the speed control system returned to normal, and no issues were detected upon further observation. However, when the speed was increased back to 9700 RPM, vibration occurred again, and it was not possible to exceed 9800 RPM.
There must be resonance; it’s resonating with certain devices. It’s not easy to find! It takes time and patience, plus a little bit of luck.

This issue has occurred on multiple devices; it cannot be resolved through operation or maintenance – the product simply does not meet the design requirements. I have encountered this situation before: to increase the rotational speed, it is necessary to communicate with the manufacturer, conduct a spectrum analysis of the vibrations on-site to identify the source of the vibrations, and then apply a small balance weight at that point, which will solve the problem. The padding I added here weighs only a few grams after calculation.
