There are a few things I don’t understand. The manual for this smoke extractor states that the rotor assembly consists of a disc, a main shaft, moving blades, as well as tie bolts, nuts, sleeves, etc. I’ve searched everywhere for this sleeve component but couldn’t find it. I don’t have a detailed diagram of the rotor either. If any of you members have such a diagram, please send it to me. What is the purpose of the small screw at the center of the tie bolt? The tie rod nut seems very small; how is the preload on the tie rod bolt achieved? Hydraulic, or something else? After all, the torque transmitted is very high

The tie bolt should be tightened by heating, and it is hollow in the center to allow a heating element to pass through.
The center is empty to accommodate electric heating rods, such as for tightening the bolts on the turbine cover.
