The oil seal is installed quite tightly; what tool can be used for removal/installation without causing damage? I hope everyone can give some suggestions
Please provide information such as the device type and oil seal type to help everyone understand :)
2D6.5Y100; Oil seal with opening; There are springs inside
It’s best to make a video; it’s easier to understand things when there are visuals. Check whether the shaft diameter tolerance meets the standards.
2D6.5Y100; it should be a reciprocating compressor with an oil seal that has an opening; The springs inside refer to the spindle oil seal area, right? Generally speaking, it’s a bit easier to use a saw blade to pick it up, or you can make a small tool out of wire
It is recommended to seek help from this supplier for technical support; repair and disassembly instructions should be provided, and an SOP document should be prepared (ー_ー)!!
Whether a spring is present or not, the oil seal will be damaged once it is removed; usually this damage occurs at the location of the spring – you need to stretch the spring in order to create a gap that allows the seal to be taken out. Directly ask the manufacturer for the model and purchase it in advance, or if you have ample time for maintenance, consider purchasing it from an external supplier. Oil leakage from the crankcase of reciprocating compressors (of domestic manufacture) is a common issue. If the leakage is minor, it’s sufficient to top up the oil as needed; the leaking oil can be collected in a container. Wait until it stops before making repairs
