Why is water filled to the brim in the equipment during the later stages of project construction? The reactor and pump have not been tuned yet. With the reactor filled with water, can it still be stirred by hand?
Settlement inspection: During normal operation, the equipment is filled with a medium. Water of equal weight or more is used, based on the maximum amount of medium that may be present in the equipment under normal operating conditions, to check whether there is any settlement in the equipment’s foundation
For atmospheric-pressure containers, seal tests and settlement tests are conducted
Reactor vessels are all installed on floor steel frames, so settlement isn’t an issue
Not a hydrostatic test? Isn’t it water intermodal transport? Then it could be a settlement test
