Equipment Overview: The drum scraper dryer is a drying device that operates continuously by means of heat conduction, with the liquid material being processed on a rotating drum shell. The material slurry and the distributing device form a film on the outer wall of the rotating drum at a certain speed; this film is heated by the hot walls of the drum caused by the continuously flowing heating medium (steam or heat transfer oil), and once dried, it is removed using a scraper. III. Features of the mixed salt mother liquor dryer: High precision of the drums, with minimal thermal deformation. After welding, the entire drum is subjected to thermal stress relief treatment to reduce deformation of the cylinder. The drum surface is processed through rough turning, finish turning, and grinding, resulting in high precision and minimal deformation over time. It has a long service life; the drum surface is coated with hard chromium, giving it a surface hardness of HRC60-65. Ensure that the drum experiences minimal surface wear due to scraper friction over a long period, thus extending its service life. The scraper system is reliable; it features a pneumatic clamping device that allows for adjustable and controllable clamping force, enabling the scraper’s settings to be adjusted in a timely manner depending on the adhesion of the material. Raw material concentration control system: The system is equipped with a bottom raw material concentration control device that maintains a relatively constant concentration of the liquid at the bottom during operation, thereby preventing any adverse effects that concentration differences might have on the system’s performance. A drum scraper dryer is a type of internally heated, conductive rotary continuous drying equipment. The rotating drum has a layer of material adhered to its lower trough; heat is delivered to the inner wall of the drum through pipes, from where it is transferred to the outer wall of the drum and then to the layer of material, causing the moisture in that layer to evaporate and thus drying the material containing moisture.
