I have a Shaanxi Guoji steam turbine installed. Currently, there is internal leakage in the oil filter switch valve, and the leakage volume is quite high; as a result, it is not possible to perform an online switch for replacing the filter element. I wonder if any of the seniors have dealt with similar issues. Are there any good methods?
Most of these phenomena are related to plug positioning issues. If you’re not sure, it’s best to wait until you stop the vehicle to deal with it. Take a look at the structure of the selector valve; in some selector valves, both units are in an overpressure state at the intermediate position.
Suggestion: After switching the handle to the limit position, check for internal leakage. Then remove the handle and use a wrench to continue rotating the valve’s inner rod, again checking for internal leakage to determine whether to continue rotating it. This measure is temporary; the valve will be repaired after the unit is shut down.
