I would like to ask: both the performance curve and the surge curve of a compressor show the inlet conditions, such as design pressure and temperature. However, if during actual operation the inlet pressure and temperature of the compressor deviate significantly from the design values, is the surge line still accurate in such cases? Is it still useful for reference? Is it necessary to create another surge line for multiple operating condition transitions?
It is necessary to understand this curve relationship. For example, changes in atmospheric temperature need to be adjusted according to the relevant corresponding relationships. This value should fall within a certain range for reference purposes.
