High pressures at all stages after maintenance of the piston compressor! ! !

We have a piston compressor with three stages of compression; the heat exchangers in those three stages have been replaced, and the cylinder block has been disassembled for repair. After maintenance, the pressures at the primary and secondary outlets are high, while the pressure at the tertiary outlet cannot be increased to the design value. I checked the valve and piston, and there are no problems. Was the heat exchanger replaced, which changed the compressor’s performance? What should I do now? ? ?
Is the third-stage intake valve leaking?
All the air valves have been checked and there are no problems
Check whether the temperature of the third-stage exhaust is high; can you provide a diagram showing the arrangement of the compressors?
Check the process for the heat exchanger – should it be replaced in its entirety or just the core? Heat exchange area?
Are there any problems with the secondary intake and exhaust valves or piston rings?
Check if the newly installed three-section aftercooler is clogged ~~~Even~~~ materials such as cotton cloth used in the construction process are used to block inside the heat exchanger~~~
Has the replacement heat exchanger a smaller heat exchange area?
Where is the pressure measurement point on the exhaust pipeline? Is the condenser not performing well in terms of condensation?
