The reciprocating compressor crosshead and piston rod are hydraulically connected. How to disassemble and assemble it?
Nowadays, the cylinders of hydraulic equipment are all stereotyped products. The disassembly steps are much the same. I don’t know what your device looks like, so it’s best to post a picture to facilitate discussion and reference.
Is this the case? Connect the pressure pump properly. After it reaches 100, apply force to the lock nut and continue to slowly pressure it until it becomes loose. There should be a pressure range in the compressor data.
This requires the use of specialized hydraulic tools provided by the compressor manufacturer.
