I would like everyone to discuss the frequency at which oil pumps are switched over in large-scale equipment oil stations. Since there is only one air compressor, and the oil pumps are connected through interlocks, how does your company manage this? How often are the backup oil pumps in the oil station tested? And what is the frequency of switching between the main and auxiliary oil pumps? I appreciate it if you could share your insights; thank you very much!

Most gas stations use screw pumps; they feature interlocking mechanisms that prevent locking, and they have short-shaft screws, so there’s no need to turn the shaft by hand. There is no jamming or rust in the oil pump.
With experience in state-owned enterprises, oil pumps for large-scale fuel stations (screw pumps) need to be replaced every six months; there is no requirement for shaft turning. If you are concerned, manual shaft turning can be performed before the replacement
