1. Removable: The removable closed-type cooling tower is easy to disassemble and assemble; it is extremely simple to remove scale – simply take it apart for cleaning, which does not affect the tower’s structure. The scale can be removed completely, allowing the tower to return to its original condition and thus maintaining high operational efficiency; 2. Water conservation: The detachable closed tower increases the proportion of air convection heat transfer; even in low-temperature seasons, direct dry air cooling can be achieved, reducing water consumption. 3. Anti-freezing: In extreme low-temperature conditions, when operating at temperatures below 0°C and there is a sudden shutdown, even if the system freezes, the pipes will not burst and the equipment will not be damaged. 4. Long service life: The seals only need to be replaced every 5–10 years, and the cost of this replacement is less than 10% of the total cost of the tower. With repeated replacements, it can be used for over 20 years. The main heat exchanger frame is made of carbon steel with a thickness of over 30 mm; the tightening bolts are made of 304 stainless steel with a diameter of around M30, while the nuts are made of brass, allowing them to be used indefinitely. 5. Energy savings: The heat exchange efficiency of corrugated plate exchangers is 5–8 times that of circular tube exchangers, resulting in high overall heat exchange efficiency; this allows for energy savings of over 50% on fan consumption. The flow rate of the spray water can be reduced to 30-40% of that of the circulating water, and the energy consumption of the water pump is also significantly lowered.

What type of tower are you using? The shell-and-tube type refers to the traditional coiled-tube closed tower, which are the oldest and most conventional cooling towers available.
Apart from the fact that you use plate exchangers while we use shell-and-tube exchangers, everything else is exactly the same. Just by looking at this picture, one can understand the structure. You can ask your customers whether the plate exchanger can be taken apart, cleaned, and then the outer protective cover reinstalled to restore it to its original state. Does water accumulate at the inlet at the bottom? To be honest, I’m not dismissing your product
Water is leaking out through the window; it must be due to an improper design of the window.
