The exhaust gas from the production process is cooled from 150 degrees to 50 degrees through spraying, and then it passes through a separator before being exhausted outside by a fan. It is common for there to be a lot of water on the fan blades, and water always accumulates on the ground. A 2-meter-high elbow has been installed on the pipe at the fan’s inlet, but this still does not solve the problem. Is there any good solution?

If the moisture level does not reach a point where significant agglomeration occurs, adding cambered bends to the inlet pipeline will not have much effect on dehydration. 3 Regarding the moisture in the fan, the simplest method is to implement condensate drainage at the bottom of the fan or at the lowest point of the entire pipeline, to prevent water accumulation from causing excessive load on the fan’s impeller.
According to my analysis, the gas entering the fan contains a large amount of saturated water vapor, which precipitates after being pressurized by the fan. There is a drainage outlet at the bottom of the fan, but very little water is discharged. In actual production, it has been found that when the temperature exceeds 70 degrees or drops below 30 degrees, there is no water left.:
