How far away should an infrared thermometer be held from the pump bearings when taking measurements? Are there any corresponding requirements? Does anyone have it? Could you let me know?

The comparison method can be used; if, under the same operating conditions and at the same distance from the adjacent unit, its temperature is several dozen degrees higher than that of this unit, then there is likely a problem. Or if it’s several dozen degrees higher than your usual reading, then there’s still likely a problem.
Check the user manual; it’s explained very clearly
There is a significant difference in the measurement range for distance: if the distance is too short, the reading can be affected by the temperature of the medium; if it is too far, the measured values will be inaccurate. According to available information, an optimal measurement range for infrared thermometers is around 5–20 cm.
I think following the instructions is sufficient; after all, such measurements are only for reference
