Dear teachers: In accordance with Article 11.1.2 of the \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Boilers\" (TSG G0001-2012), heat transfer oil (organic heat carriers in use) must be sampled for testing at least once a year. Does sampling inspection refer to the analysis of heat carriers? Who is responsible? Is it the testing unit or the owner? Is this considered a pressure vessel inspection?
In accordance with Article 11.1.2 of the \"Regulations on Safety Inspection of Boilers\" (TSG G0001-2012), it is indeed required that heat transfer oil (organic heat carriers in use) be sampled and tested at least once a year. The sampling tests here mainly refer to chemical analysis of the performance and safety of the heat carrier, in order to ensure its safe and efficient operation. Sampling and inspection are usually organized by the owner, but the actual inspection work must be carried out by qualified professional inspection agencies. The owner needs to ensure the proper collection of samples and commission a qualified testing laboratory to carry out relevant tests such as chemical analysis. As for whether it falls under the inspection of pressure vessels, generally speaking, the heat transfer medium itself is not a pressure vessel, but heat transfer medium boilers belong to the category of pressure vessels among special equipment. Therefore, the inspection of heat carriers is not considered part of the inspection of pressure vessels, but heat carrier boilers themselves require regular safety inspections in accordance with the requirements for pressure vessels. .
Similar to the water treatment inspections for boilers, it is not the same as inspections of the boiler itself.
That is the laboratory analysis of the heat carrier, right?
