Oil pressure of the hydraulic coupler

Dear seniors, does your factory use hydraulic couplings? The oil pressure fluctuations in the couplers at our factory are quite significant, and we haven’t been able to identify the cause. The load applied remains constant; I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue?
It’s the oil pressure at the gas station, or the oil pressure in the dipstick tube. ?
Is the oil temperature normal? Does the speed at the output terminal change when the oil pressure changes?

The oil is new, and the oil temperature fluctuates a bit, with variations ranging from 3 to 6 degrees. Could this be due to the oil temperature?
