I would like to share the story of replacing the blades in a Siemens turbine – a turbine used in 75,000 cubic meter per hour air separation units. During operation, the blades on the penultimate stage twisted and broke, damaging the blades on that stage. As the incident occurred suddenly and there was no time to prepare, a skilled technician decided to carry out the tasks of disassembling the turbine, measuring the components, processing them, and replacing the blades himself. Since the blades on the final stage had not broken, only simple repairs and reshaping were necessary. The unit started operating successfully on the first attempt, and it has been running smoothly for several years.

My machine has a ring-shaped structure; I usually use tape for inspection. For turbines with a partition structure, tape can be used as well, or applying soap to a rough surface can work too
