The unit is equipped with a Filou high-pressure coal slurry pump, whose outlet pressure reaches 6 MPA. This allows high-concentration coal slurry to be pumped from the first floor of the gasification unit to the gasifiers on the ninth floor, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of coal slurry for coal slurry gasification; it boasts advantages in terms of high pressure and stable flow rate. As a critical imported piece of equipment, the supply of spare parts for this high-pressure coal slurry pump has long relied on imports from overseas. Not only is the delivery time as long as 5 months, but the procurement costs are also high, which poses certain constraints on equipment maintenance and the continuous operation of production processes. To overcome this challenge and enhance the autonomy and control over the supply chain, the company’s technical team set the goals of \"reducing costs and improving efficiency, as well as ensuring self-sufficiency,\" and launched efforts to replace imported parts with domestic alternatives. This replacement reduces the lead time for spare parts supply from 5 months to just 20 days, significantly improving the speed of equipment maintenance responses and production continuity. It is expected to save nearly 2 million yuan in maintenance costs throughout the year, achieving dual improvements in cost reduction and efficiency as well as in the autonomy of the supply chain, thereby providing strong momentum for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
