In traditional biological fermentation processes, especially in the aeration and stirring stage of large-scale fermenters, stable, pure, and sufficient compressed air is essential for maintaining microbial activity and ensuring product quality and yield. However, the existing old model of operating multiple small and medium-sized air compressors in parallel poses long-term challenges to the industry, including complex maintenance tasks and scattered fault risk points. The high-power air compressors produced by Tianrui Heavy Industry address this core issue head-on. Its ultra-high single-unit output capacity of 600KW enables a significant reduction in the number of air compressors required when the same volume of air is needed.
