Can a medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler be converted into a medium-temperature and sub-high-pressure boiler?

Dear experts, I have a question: we have a medium-pressure boiler with a steam production capacity of 80 T/H and steam pressure of 3.82 MPA. Currently, the main steam pressure in the factory is 5.3 MPA. Is it possible to make some modifications to the boiler’s steam-water system in order to produce sub-high-pressure steam at 5.3 MPA?
In principle, it’s not possible, right? The materials are different, and the strength isn’t sufficient either
Since the pressure conditions have changed, doesn’t that mean it needs to be redesigned and manufactured?
With the pressure increasing by so much, it’s likely that no such large safety margin was considered during the design
The new boiler is basically fine; the main issue isn’t serious. What’s needed is to find a qualified boiler manufacturer to carry out the design, prepare the plans and drawings, which will then be submitted to the special inspection agency for review and registration
The hydrostatic test only requires a pressure of 1.5 times that level; your daily work pressure is even higher than the pressure used in such tests, so how can you have such an idea!
I personally think it’s not possible; the boiler factory needs to redesign the entire heating surface of the boiler as well as the tubes used in that heating surface. The supervision department for boilers and pressure vessels also does not allow this to be done. The safety of the boiler is not guaranteed.
It should be possible if one is willing to pay the necessary cost, but it’s like having a car whose engine, chassis, transmission, and all other components are replaced; after the modifications are done, although the performance improves, there will probably only a few original parts left in the car. It ends up costing more than buying a new one
Personally, I feel that the steam parameters change too much, which may require the replacement of a large number of pressure-bearing components.
The modification can only be made in a downward direction, not upward; all regulations set by the special inspections apply
