Why don’t cylinder-splitting devices with a diameter of 250 or less have a container certificate? It is said that the quality inspection agency does not oversee such devices with a diameter under 250, and they are not inspected upon leaving the factory.
You mean without a supervision and inspection certificate, right? Anything that meets clauses 1.3 and 1.5 of the Fixed Capacity Regulations should undergo supervision and inspection, and a supervision and inspection certificate should be issued

It has to be redone; the original welding work won’t meet the standards, so the blueprints need to be redesigned along with the calculation documents

It may be a boiler accessory, and the design drawings require verification by a special inspection agency. A single inspection report is used for the production inspection; no separate inspection reports are issued for each cylinder. The warranty documents for the individual cylinders are included in the boiler’s warranty document.
