Seeking help with activated carbon filters

This post was last edited by kareale88 on 2018-11-10 at 17:27. Activated carbon is used for decolorization during the production process; 40–80 kg of fine powdered activated carbon is used per batch. The activated carbon that has been used for filtering is not recycled. It is required that the filtered activated carbon be in a compact form, so as to facilitate its removal from the filter and ease of discharge. Those with good suggestions please share them. xxxxxxx

A collection tank is used later to discharge air and collect droplets.
This operating condition can be addressed by using a bundle filter; after filtration, the filter cake is dried and then back-blown to remove it.
