What information is included on the nameplate of a pressure vessel manhole?

I would like to ask what information is included on the nameplate of a pressure vessel manhole, and which standards specify it?
Equipment model, fluid types for the tube side and shell side, pressure, temperature, manufacturer, heat exchange area, equipment weight – that’s about it. Also, the nameplate is not necessarily located on the manhole
Does the pressure vessel manhole itself have a nameplate?
The information on the nameplate is specified in the tolerance standards; the manhole does not have a separate nameplate.
Pressurized components such as manholes and end caps are manufactured separately; the manufacturers do not provide nameplates, and neither do regulatory standards require it.
They searched the whole world for standards but couldn’t find any, so each manufacturer simply made things on its own according to its own preferences. But they need supervision and inspection

The manhole has no nameplate; the certificate of conformity and the inspection certificate serve as such.
Manholes are components, not equipment, so they do not require a separate nameplate; however, such a nameplate is needed for the equipment – please refer to these two as examples.
