Our company holds a license for pressure vessel design; currently, some clients are using our stamped design drawings to have other manufacturers produce pressure vessels. Is this allowed? Is there any rule that states it’s not allowed or that it is permissible? Please, can some expert come and reply? :) Reward 10 points of wealth
The stamp on the drawing is the design stamp, not the manufacturing stamp, so of course it’s fine.
What you’re issuing is just a design approval stamp; any manufacturing plant in China with the appropriate qualifications can produce it.
It’s just about creating design drawings for others; there’s nothing strange about that.
If the drawings are officially stamped by your company and contain all necessary signatures, then they can certainly be used to have pressure vessels manufactured by other manufacturers with the appropriate qualifications.

The pressure vessel design license and the pressure vessel manufacturing license are two different things
This is a pressure vessel design license, which means that you have the qualifications to design pressure vessels. As long as your designs are correct, others can use your design drawings to have them manufactured by companies that possess a pressure vessel manufacturing license.
It depends on how he obtained it from your company; if it was purchased, then that’s fine, but if it was stolen, you can report it to the police. Once the design drawings are stamped with the completion mark, manufacturing is no longer permitted.
