Inner jacket cylinder: Operating pressure: 5 MPa on the inside/0.8 MPa on the outside, design pressure: 5.5 MPa; Operating temperature: 200°C, design temperature: 220°C℃

Change the diameter to be flush on the inside; for details, refer to the Comprehensive Book of Equipment Design – Storage Equipment.
There’s no need for the jacket between the flanges to be this thick – 0.88 MPa is sufficient
You can completely replace the internal jacket with internal coils; it’s difficult to ensure full weld penetration in this case, and it’s easy for the product to fail quality checks.
I would like to ask how to verify the flanges of equipment with this type of structure – should it be based on negative pressure?
