Pressure resistance issue of filter elements

One filter element in the unit has been crushed, but no alarm was triggered due to the differential pressure; the differential pressure test passed. Now it is suspected that the strength of the filter element is insufficient. I would like to ask: is the pressure that this filter element can withstand the pressure difference across it, or the inlet pressure?
The differential pressure is not being reported, which indicates that the inlet pressure is high or there is a flow deviation, causing it to be flattened
The pressure difference is the difference between the inlet and outlet pressures; if you meet the requirements for this pressure difference, the design pressure must not exceed it either!
Are you a filter element made of metal? Where is it used? In which direction is it flattening, and are there any occurrences of backflow or recoil?
