Can Q345B withstand low temperatures?

Q235B is for impact tests at room temperature, while Q235C is for impact tests at 0 degrees Celsius; it cannot be used for components under compression
;P, my eyes are blurry, but the meaning is the same – Q345C won’t work, let alone B; maybe we should look at Q345D and Q345E instead.
The impact temperature is 20 degrees, so it cannot be used.
