How to choose between different flange standards? ?

I am looking to purchase a steam turbine, and I noticed that the vendor’s quotation document includes both ASME B16.5 and HG20592 as flange standards. I would like to ask why a unified flange standard isn’t used? What is the basis for selecting the flange standard?
It should be standardized; otherwise, inconsistent flange interfaces later on will cause a lot of trouble.
This should be clearly specified in the contract
The flange standards for a single piece of equipment must be consistent; the flanges of the external pipes connected to it should match those of the equipment itself, including bolts, nuts, gaskets, etc. Otherwise, errors or mismatches are likely to occur. If ASME is to be used, then ASME shall be used; however, HG20592 is the preferred choice.
When making a purchase, isn’t it one’s own conditions that are set?
