Is there anyone who has worked with WNS boilers who can check whether the exhaust temperature of this boiler can reach 180?℃

I created a thermal calculation table, and based on that table, I built this 2.8MW atmospheric pressure hot water boiler. 60 at the inlet and 85 at the outlet; the calculated flue gas temperature is 180°C. However, the final heat exchange surface area is only 80 square meters, which is a significant difference from the previous value of 25 square meters per 0.7 MW. So I was wondering if any of the seniors could help calculate the smoke exhaust temperature for this structure to see if it matches what I have calculated.
It includes 2D drawings, my spreadsheet, and a SolidWorks 3D model. I hope some seniors or experts can give me some advice.
The larger the radiative heat exchange surface, the smaller the total heat exchange surface should be, right?
