Hydraulic test temperature

Dear experts, how is the temperature for the hydraulic testing of pressure vessels determined? Please advise.
It’s included in GB/T150.4.
Please refer to the relevant provisions of TSG 21-2016 \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Fixed Pressure Vessels\":
GB 150.4 has specific requirements, but implementing them is somewhat difficult; for example, Q245R requires a temperature of over 15°C, which is hard to achieve in the cold winters of the north.
Before the GB150-2011 version, a minimum temperature of 5℃ was used, and no problems occurred with 20R either; it is likely that some units experienced brittle fracture, which is why the new standard has raised the requirements.
