The pressure vessel has been installed but has never been put into use, nor has it been registered for use. It is now over 3 years since it was manufactured, and it is said that to register it for use, it must first pass inspection? It says it’s been over 3 years, which means it’s past the date of the first comprehensive inspection. Does anyone know anything about this?

There were no procedures such as prior installation notifications, and if those had been completed, registration could have been carried out directly (with all necessary documents in place). According to the regulations, a comprehensive inspection is required once one year after the system is put into use, but in your case, it has not yet been put into use. If the notification isn’t handled, it will be a big problem!
