Stress calculation problem

Vertical storage tank with a skirt, DN3000; the cylinder height is 12 meters. The upper part is fitted with an elliptical head, while the lower part uses a 60-degree conical head. Will the stress calculations be successful? The material is at normal temperature and pressure
