From your description, the two stoves are the same size. Due to installation and production reasons, the same equipment also has differences. If the air duct and volute vibrate, the first step is to strengthen the ribs, and the second step is to replace them.

High current should be the focus of the problem. Is this vibration related to flow and pressure? Is there a possibility of surge? After distinguishing between process problems and mechanical problems, targeted solutions can be found.
When there is no vibration everywhere, maybe the fan current will decrease. Strengthen it first and see the effect!

According to what you said about the fan bearing not vibrating, you can consider whether the flue layout is not smooth, causing the flue gas flow to be uneven and causing vibration. Check whether the flue gas flow rate in the flue is within the range. I also want to ask, has furnace #1 always been like this or has it only vibrated recently? Is the flue layout of furnace #2 exactly the same as furnace #1? ,,Is the air inlet box supplied by the fan factory? It seems that your compensator and regulating door are installed on the flue.
This has been happening for a long time. Maybe it's because the volute base is fixed or the volute is unevenly repaired?
