Methanol recovery at the breather valve of the methanol storage tank

Our company has eight methanol storage tanks that do not have internal floating roofs, resulting in high levels of vapor loss. We would like to recover the volatile methanol at the breather valves; please help us develop a design plan. Those with experience are welcome to share their insights.
This is way too difficult; it’s better to find a way to reduce the temperature instead
1. Add a cooling system to cool and recover the evaporated gas； 2. Introduce volatile methanol into the device for reuse.
The loss in our methanol tanks is not significant.
We are dome tanks, with rock wool insulation on the tank walls and on the tank roof. With an additional 1 KPa nitrogen seal, the loss is minimal.
