The standard design pressure of the housing is 28 bar, with a strength test pressure as high as 43 bar. The rotor features an asymmetric tooth profile, resulting in a small pressure difference between adjacent working chambers. This leads to lower compression losses, more balanced pressures at both ends of the male and female rotors, higher volumetric efficiency, and smoother and more reliable operation. The specific volume ratio is adjustable, allowing the compression ratio inside the unit to match that outside at any time, thereby avoiding energy losses caused by over-compression or under-compression and achieving the optimal COP. The shaft seal is located at the low-pressure side of suction, experiences lower pressure, and thus has a longer lifespan.
