The device has a water tank, and a large amount of steam is released from the manhole on the top of the tank every day. Do any of the technicians have any good methods (or equipment) to recover this steam?
The pressure is so low; there’s no need for recovery, right?~~~
Is the poster referring to a deaerator or some other equipment? The value obtained from recycling is far greater than the value of the recycled materials themselves, making it not worth it
Discharging water continuously outside every day also results in a significant loss of water, and that amount is not small at all
Fixed-volume and continuous discharge are employed to maintain water quality, and they are necessary measures to ensure the proper operation of the equipment
Recycling doesn’t mean that discharge is indefinite or continuous, right?
Install a tank and connect it to this exhaust pipe, while also adding a bypass that can be used for switching when necessary. As for what to do with the recovered material, it depends on the conditions at your site; I’m not sure what kind of enterprise you operate
It is possible to find ways to recycle it back to the circulation tank; all of our steam condensate water is recycled into that tank (strainers are not effective at preventing air from entering). When compared to the volume of water in the circulation tank, the amount of condensed water seems small, and this also helps to save water that would otherwise need to be added to the circulation tank. The quality of the steam condensate water is much better than that of the water used for replenishing the circulation tank
