There is no strict one-to-one correspondence between pressure grades in different countries; as a rough approximation: Japanese standard 10K — American standard 150 pounds — PN2.0 Mpa； Valve Design Handbook, 2nd Edition, Page 52 ； Do anyone else have any other ideas or experiences?

For Japanese standard flanges, you just need to have them manufactured according to Japanese standards. Finished Japanese flanges are also available on the market; so why go looking for the corresponding ones?
