As the title suggests, has anyone used the tower internals from Shanghai Kefukai? I talked to them, and it seems they have decent technical skills as well as a serious attitude toward their work; they have also successfully completed some sizable projects. We’ve covered most of the topics now; it’s time to give it a try. Those who are aware of the situation please offer some advice. I’m not sure what the differences are between Tianda and Sulzer; please consider all aspects before giving an answer. Full name: Kefukai Process Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
It’s a technology and manufacturing company; their process design skills are truly excellent. We signed a contract in April, but the packing and internal components haven’t arrived yet. It was recommended to us by our neighbor factory, which uses their products successfully. It is said that their cost-performance ratio is better than that of Sulzer. As for TianDa, well… no need to say anything about it:P

Does the quality of separation process design have anything to do with the internals in the tower? Process is process, and equipment is equipment. Some companies are said to be great, but they have failed many projects; many of the tasks I’ve handled involved modifying their projects. Never make judgments about things you haven’t used. Whether a company’s manufacturing skills are excellent depends mainly on its people.
