I would like to ask experts: does anyone have the calculations for a split-type phase-change heating furnace? Please share them. If it is a 4000kW phase-change furnace, what should be the appropriate setting for the low-liquid-level alarm? Thank you very much.
Since there are no drawings, thermal calculations must be done first before proceeding with structural calculations. . . Can you help with this? Thank you
There seems to be a standard specifying the minimum distance between the liquid level and the barrel; for the low liquid level alarm, it should be set slightly higher than this value
It should be slightly lower than or equal to the low liquid level – that’s generally fine – but it still depends on the structure of your furnace.
