I always add the machining allowance to the corrosion allowance field. Theoretically, the thickness after shaping is used to carry out calculations for hole reinforcement
It should be the forming thickness; you can think about it the other way around! If the head manufacturer supplies parts using the minimum thickness, then its heads are definitely qualified; if you don’t calculate based on this thickness, then your calculation will be incorrect!
It should be the actual minimum thickness after molding.
When calculating based on the minimum thickness, attention must be paid to the issue of reduced allowable stress caused by variations in material thickness
When performing the calculations, the minimum forming thickness is used for verification; however, it is changed to the nominal thickness when the calculation report is prepared; The nominal thickness is required for SW6 anyway
Enter the nominal thickness, and add the thickness reduction of the head to the corrosion allowance

Verification is performed using the minimum forming thickness.
