The special equipment supervisor in the equipment department is neither a forklift driver nor holds a forklift operation license; how could they understand forklifts or know how to conduct inspections? Besides, if the forklift driver is constantly operating the forklift, how can you carry out an inspection? Do you expect them to stop the forklift, get off it, so that you can go up and check it?
