I think you must have searched on Baidu. 【The core cross-sectional area is used in torsional members! Core cross-sectional area = Core cross-sectional width b × Core cross-sectional height h. Core cross-sectional width b = Actual width of the component – 2 × Minimum concrete cover thickness c. Core cross-sectional height h = Actual height of the component – 2 × Minimum concrete cover thickness c. The minimum concrete cover thickness c can be found by referring to the relevant specifications based on the grade of the concrete For example, the width of the component is 300 mm and its height is 700 mm; the concrete grade is C20, with a minimum cover thickness of 25 mm. The area of the core section is 250 x 650 = 162,500 square millimeters. The width of the core section is b = 300 – 2 x 25 = 250 mm, and its height is h = 700 – 2 x 25 = 650 mm
Is the cross-sectional coefficient the cross-sectional area? !
The section coefficient of a cross-section is the section modulus (the former term used for it)
Another term is the flexural modulus coefficient; stress can be obtained by dividing the bending moment by it
Section modulus? ! Look at the picture above; why is the section modulus of the cylindrical shape ∏/4*D^2*δ?!
