For a reactor with a jacket, where the inner cylinder is under positive pressure (2 MPa) and the jacket is evacuated, is it necessary to perform flaw detection on the vacuum jacket? Additionally, is flaw detection required for vacuum storage tanks? Are there any specific requirements regarding 150 or Ronggui? Thank you!
Definitely, conducting flaw detection is better than not doing it; at the very least, it allows one to know what the oxidation composition of the weld is during welding

Non-destructive testing is definitely necessary, using X-rays or ultrasound; at least 20% of the area should be tested.
There isn’t likely to be a standard for flaw detection of jackets, after all, jackets are welded on only one side. But flaw detection can show what the condition of the welding is like
