Is it necessary to add a manhole?

It is an air buffer tank with a diameter of 1200 and a height of 2000, equipped with 2 DN125 ports (for air inlet and outlet). Is it necessary to add an additional manhole for inspection?
These are the requirements in hg20583
Personal access holes should be provided to facilitate equipment manufacturing, regular inspections, and maintenance.
The drawings do not specify that production should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of HG/T20583, and in HG/T20583 it is only stated that it is advisable to do so, rather than being a requirement. 2 DN125 pipe ends should also meet the standards for the lowest inspection hole, right?
The standards are fixed, but people are alive; it’s best to add that for ease of maintenance
It would be better to have a manhole, as it makes maintenance and inspection easier.
Add one, it makes manufacturing and testing easier. If you really don’t want to add them, you don’t have to; the condition is that these two DN125 ports can be used as inspection ports.
If the pipeline can be removed during inspection, and those two DN125 ports can be used as inspection holes, then it may not be necessary to install manholes. However, this would require considering the convenience of the inspectors
If the container needs to be inspected and cleaned internally, a manhole must be provided. As a pressure vessel, it requires regular inspections, and a manhole should still be installed if the dimensions permit.
