Does the total length for cylinder straightness in NB/T47041-2014 include the skirt height?

I would like to ask everyone: in NB/T47041-2014, does the total length referred to for the straightness of the cylinder body include the height of the skirt?
It’s not included; check the standards – it’s only the length of the cylinder section.
Isn’t the total length of the cylinder the same as the distance between the head welds? Why are the requirements different between the two?
One is the straightness requirement, and the other is the distance requirement...
Where are the verticality requirements? Which length should be used as the standard for the straightness of the tower?
Standardly referred to as cylinder straightness; of course, it refers to the length of the cylinder； The requirements for verticality can be referred to those for vertical containers: for containers with a total height of 9150 mm or less, the allowable deviation in verticality is ±12.5 mm; for containers with a total height greater than 9150 mm, the allowable deviation is ±L/1000 mm, with this value not exceeding 38 mm (HG/T20584-P540).
