Stress issues of Q345R

The stress of Q345R is 43 MPa at 475 degrees, while there is no value at 500 degrees. Why can it only be used up to 475 degrees?
I think it’s still the issue of graphitization; carbon steel with a carbon content above 425 has a tendency to graphitize, which makes it unsafe to use.
The second floor is correct; it’s mainly graphitization
There are steels for high temperatures; do we need to change the material at such high temperatures?
This issue is based on the same principle as that for low-carbon steel, whose operating temperature should not exceed 425 degrees.
