The oil tank should be designed as a pressure vessel at normal pressure. If a certificate of conformity is required, surface anti-corrosion treatment is necessary; a vent valve is also needed. In addition, in accordance with the acceptance requirements, relevant documentation is required

Personally, I think it should be manufactured in accordance with the standards for pressure vessels; however, equipment operating at normal pressure does not fall under the category of special equipment. The domestic manufacturing standards include GB150-2011 and others； Internal and external anti-corrosion measures are determined in accordance with the design drawings, material selection, and user requirements ； After manufacturing is completed, the main items include design drawings and technical documents, warranty certificates (including those for materials, welding materials, and pressure-bearing components), certification certificates, data sheets, and so on
Why must a pressurized water storage tank be designed and manufactured as a pressure vessel? ? For a 22-square meter space, it would be better not to use it as a storage tank but rather as a water tank. Not considered a container.
What’s needed is a water storage tank, not one for storing oil; it shouldn’t be that complicated. A stainless steel tank with a lid on it should be both practical and cost-effective
