Supply pressure vessels to the owner of a project; the completion documents for these pressure vessels include assembly drawings, pipe connection diagrams, and component drawings. The assembly drawings in the as-built documents are all stamped with the as-built mark, but the client now requires that other drawings such as the pipe connection diagrams and component drawings also be stamped with this mark. I would like to ask: Is there no relevant standard specifying that, except for the overall assembly diagram, component drawings and pipe connection diagrams do not need to be stamped with the as-built mark?

I guess so. The as-built drawings show the actual condition of the equipment during its manufacture, while the pipe connection diagrams are part of the overall layout and reflect the actual state of the equipment at the time it left the factory
I agree with you; if the nozzle orientation diagram is part of the assembly drawing, it is reasonable for the client to request a cover; If there is already a pipe outlet orientation diagram in the assembly drawing, the separate pipe outlet orientation diagram is merely an enlarged version, intended to facilitate on-site construction and ease of viewing for customers ; I understand that at this point, there is no need to stamp the as-built marks on either the nozzle layout diagram or the part drawings. For detailed details, refer to Article 4.1.5.1(1) of TSG 21-2016: The as-built drawings shall first be stamped with the design unit’s special design seal, and then with the as-built drawing seal ; In accordance with Article 3.1.2(1) of TSG 21-2016: Only the general layout plan is required to be stamped with the design unit’s official seal ; Therefore, it can be seen that only the general plan is stamped with the completion seal.
It’s not a matter of principle; generally, only the design seal and the completion seal are applied on the general plan. Adding more seals incurs no extra cost nor any hassle, and such requests from users can be resolved through negotiation
Generally, as-built drawings only provide assembly drawings, not part drawings; the pipe connection diagrams should be provided by the client or the design institute.
My personal conclusion is that there is no need to stamp the completion mark on the part diagram, nor is it necessary. Reason: 1. In clause 13.1 of GB/T150-2011, regarding the requirements for pressure vessels before leaving the factory, item a) only specifies that a comprehensive as-built drawing must be provided ; 2. Design drawings are part of the design documents and must bear the special seal for design approval; the manufacturing unit has no right to modify them.
