The current situation is as follows: I am looking for a reactor with a design pressure of 50 MPa, an operating pressure of 45 MPa, and an effective volume of 50 L. It is intended for use in laboratory-scale experiments, and it will also be used for the development of different products in the future; therefore, I prefer a slightly higher design pressure. I have contacted a company that has A1 manufacturing qualifications, and they told me that while they do have such qualifications, they can only manufacture the device if we provide the designs. If they were to design them, they could only design and manufacture reactors below 35 MPa. Since the highest design pressure permitted for Class A design qualifications in China is 35 MPa, it is only possible to design and manufacture reactors with a pressure below 35 MPa. Is that the case?
The design must be carried out by a unit qualified to perform analytical design for SAD. The conventional design can only be up to 35 MPa.

Does that mean we need to have them create the designs, and then use those designs to approach qualified manufacturing companies for production?
